We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service on giftula.com. If you are not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
- All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at info@giftula.com or the Contact page.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for your refund or exchange. We will review your request and send you a further email if it is approved.
- Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not acceptable, it will be refused acceptance.
- We are not responsible for the shipping charge of returns for personal reasons. Please consider carefully before placing orders.

All items offered on Giftula are made-to-order. The production time for all products generally within 4 business days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has been dispatched. The email contains your tracking number and a link where you can follow the progress.

- Please check your shipping confirmation email or packing slip to see if your items are arriving in separate shipments.
- Some products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations and could still be on the way.
- If you’re unable to locate the missing item, please contact our support team with the shipping label on the package so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
