When you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality! Below are the countries and regions we currently ship to, along with shipping fees and estimated delivery times. Please consider twice before you place the order. If you want to cancel or modify an order please do within 6 hours BEFORE it is sent out. After it's shipped, we cannot accept the requirement of cancellation or modification (for more information, visit Refund & Return), especially when lacking shipping resources.

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:

• Production time: The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced. Our production time for all customized products is usually 1-4 business days.
• Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
• International Shipping Charge: We offer worldwide shipping. For orders over 65 dollars, we will offer free shipping, and for those under 65 dollars, we will charge an $8 shipping fee. 

Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.

Additional Notes

• Production time is usually 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
• Estimated arrival time = production time + shipping time.
• During holidays or promotional periods, delivery may take a few extra business days.
• Because the product is made to order, it will be sent out immediately as soon as it finishes. Therefore, please be aware that your order might be separately shipped. We will handle the extra shipping cost to deliver every finished item to you in the shortest possible time.
  
• Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. You can only cancel or modify your order within 6 hours after your order is placed. You can visit Refund & Return for more information. 

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged. 

Order Tracking

Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.
